The cat litter box and the fountain production line of Blessing is located in Dongguan, China. It consists of four main areas: the production workshop, testing room, assembly and packaging room, and warehouse space.

In the production workshop, we have state-of-the-art equipment including injection molding machines, mold heaters, automatic trimming machines, and quality control stations. The production process begins with the injection molding machines shaping the plastic components of the litter box. The mold heaters ensure precise shaping of the components, while the automatic trimming machines trim any excess plastic. Quality control stations are set up to inspect the components for any defects before they move on to the next stage.

The testing room is where we ensure the quality of the cat litter boxes. It is equipped with odor detection devices, weight scales, and assembly testers. The odor detection devices are used to test the odor control capabilities of the litter boxes, while the weight scales ensure that each box meets the specified weight requirements. Assembly testers are used to ensure that the components fit together properly and that the final product is ready for packaging.
